ABOUT ME
My dedication to movement, music, and mindfulness shines through my extensive experience and certifications. As a certified RYT 500 HR Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, I bring knowledge and expertise to my teachings. My additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Somatics, and, Oncology Yoga demonstrate my commitment to providing safe and healing practices for all my students.
My approach to teaching yoga is deeply rooted in tradition while maintaining an adaptive and inclusive environment. I gently guide students, emphasizing the importance of breath and mindful movement. By integrating creative themes into each class, I encourage students to explore their practice with curiosity and self-awareness, fostering a sense of compassion towards themselves and others.
Through my teachings, I seek to cultivate peace from the inside out, empowering students to find support and nourishment within their everyday lives. My hope is to create a sanctuary for individuals to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits, leaving you feeling centered after each session.
Oncology Yoga
Yoga can be a great support to cancer survivors and students post-treatment. Oncology yoga helps students minimize the side effects of treatments, anxiety, and depression and helps build and maintain strength, balance, and overall health. If you would like more information, please contact me for a free 1:1 session on how I can further support you.

Gentle Flow
Shift from the busy world into a more relaxed state with a gentle and supportive yoga class. Intentionally practicing a slower-paced flow will warm up, strengthen, and stretch muscles and joints while calming the mind. Flow through comfortable and supportive postures mild enough for any body type and end with guided pranayama and meditation before Savasana.
